The scope of this project was to investigate and apply the use of technology in sports science and weight training, with emphases into the realm of resistance and strength training. The aim was to develop a system of components to enable a gym user to work out more efficiently, track and improve exercise performance over time, but also reduce risk of injury through improper lifting technique.
