ETA-App

This app should provide a common interface to fetch the estimated time of arrival for parcels.
It will integrate with several backend systems to fetch the correct time based on input as product code, events, postal codes and so on.

The goal is to encapsulate the ownership of ETA to an app and to simplify the logic of tracking.
